She is also an AFAA-certified fitness instructor of Yoga, Yo-Chi™, Pilates, Body Sculpt, Zumba™, and Bokwa™, a chemical awareness advocate, and former secondary Language Arts teacher and homeschooling mom.
She is the content writer for B4 Content Marketing, specializing in business-to-business case studies, newsletters, press releases, and video scripts for the fitness industry. She also authors two blogs, Every Body Wellness, a whole-health information hub and online store and Pullen Out the Stops, a blog of inspirational humor. Her books, “The Chasm Crosser” and “Water for the Wound“, are available from Amazon.
The eldest child of two Marines, Kim grew up in Miami and received her Bachelor’s in Telecommunications with a minor in Theater at the University of Florida.
